1ummah uses the navigation system to locate your current location. But you need to “allow” this function to locate where you are. After you allow this function and when you type in your location and set your radius, google map will immediately give you the nearest results. If you increase your radius, the map will be able to provide a wider range of options for you, hence giving you the best results.

1UMMAH seeks to empower the Muslims with technology. Our aim is to build over 350 masajid websites. That means every masjid in Australia will have a full fledged website of their own. We will provide masjid administers coaching & training on how to maintain these websites. That way, the admins of the masjid will be updating the Iqamah times and will be more accurate and up to date. This is a slow but comprehensive process. But we, at 1UMMAH, believe in quality. You may not find the Iqamah times now for all masajid but in sha Allah when you will find they will be most accurate and up to date

At first the money is used to help build our project. The excess amount goes to a number of charity organizations

1Ummah is funded by the Muslim community in Australia. We do not belong to any organization. We collect donation and also accept volunteer work. Our model is a self sustaining by the help of 1ummah Markeplace . Revenue from this marketplace gets invested into the project to continue supporting the Muslim community

The Prophet Mohammad (peace be upon him) said:
“If a man dies, then his good deeds stop except for three: a Sadaqah Jariah (continuous charity), a beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for him”. (Narrated by Muslim)

Since the money you spend on 1UMMAH market generates revenue for 1UMMAH and 1UMMAH is a nonprofit organisation which delivers beneficials products and services to Muslims, it is a Sadaqa Jariah (continuous charity) for you. Any surplus revenue generated through 1Ummah market will be used to fund community projects like sponsoring an orphan, building masjid etc which is a also consider as sadaqa jariah. Please check with your trusted scholar to confirm

No. We have made it a seamless process for our customers’ benefit. When you sign up at 1UMMAH homepage, you can use the same credentials to login to 1UMMAH market and vise verase applies

We can definitely send you a receipt but at the moment we have not received DGR status yet. You won’t be able to claim your tax refund for it
